Do I have genital herpes?

My husband and I had sex last summer, while in Holland, and it was really hot and sweaty.  The next morning, I woke up and felt a weird, tingling sensation on my vaginal lip.  A couple of white-filled little bumps appeared, and it healed one week later.  No blisters - no clear fluid.  About two weeks later, under the same circumstances, the same thing happened.  I went to a gyno in Europe and she proscribed antibiotics, after being convinced that it was not genital herpes.  The antibiotics immediately seemed to lessen the bumps immediately.  One year has passed, and it has happened again - in the same way.  I am afraid that it is genital herpes.  It has been 5 days, and it is nearly completely healed, thanks to Neosporin and some hot compresses.  Does this sound like genital herpes?  I am freaking out and very scared.

Well, I did go to the doctor and did have it cultured.  I just wanted some comfort.  I posted it twice on accident, thinking that I was posting on the doctor's forum.  But, thanks for the attitude.

I already answered this. You didn't have to post it twice. Since your lesions have almost healed, wait until you get a new lesion to have it cultured. I don't understand why you didn't go to the doctor if you were so concerned about it.
