Single Pimple on Thigh

I've had a white head looking pimple on my inner thigh for the past day or two, and this morning decided to pop it.
When I popped it, there was no pain or itchiness, and the liquid that came out was clear, which is what worries me.

Is it possible that this single pimple looking thing with clear liquid is herpes?
My potential exposure would have been 6 weeks ago and have had quite a few pimples on my thighs for the past few weeks on and off, doc said folliculitis, but this latest pimple is freaking me out since it was a clear liquid, no blood or pus.

Thanks.

Ill mention it again, that your thigh rash is not herpes related from the affair

I was tested shortly after the encounter both with an igg and igm and they were negative so if I have it, it would definitely be from this encounter. I'm praying I don't as it was a mistake what I did, and I've learned from it, I just hope I won't be regretting it for the rest of my life. I guess only way to know is to test again at 16 weeks.

You could have herpes but not from that exposure.

Thanks Life. So even though I've had these pimples on my thighs from a week after the possible exposure onwards it wouldn't be herpes? I haven't had any lesions on my penis, but I have had some redness and irritation on and off for a little while. There were no visible lesions on the girl when I was with her and I didn't not make contact with her vagina with my thighs.

I do have some back pain/discomfort as well, but doc is saying it's likely caused by my anxiety.

Thanks again.

Hi, what your describing would not be herpes related from a recent exposure as first time outbreaks are at point of contact like the penis shaft or pubic mount area so unless  your thigh made rubbing contact with her vagina and she had a vaginal sore at the time, you can rule out herpes.
Also they are not white and come and go as your describing.
