Sore penis after oral sex

I had unprotected sex with a female that was pretty rough giving me oral sex. Actually, she was so rough that sometimes while she was doing it I started moving and wanted her to stop. After performing oral sex we had intercourse. Almost immediately (or the following day) I started to experience this kind of irritating pain. The pain kind of started at the base of my penis where she make contact with her teeth and now my entire penis remain very painful. It doesn't burn to urinate but the overall pain that I feel could feel like burning as part of the trauma, if you will. Now the pain is inside and it is a combination of irritation and tenderness. There is no discharge, no open sores, no visual/obvious signs... However, three days after we had sex I went and had an std/hiv screening and everything came back negative. Is it normal to have this soreness in your penis after oral/intercourse? What is the treatment for this? I am going back to the doctor and discuss this with them.

Resurrecting this very old thread...did you ever figure out what happened? Did it get better? I have a similar story going on 18 months. All negative tests multiple times.

Thanks.

Here is an update: It has been many months now since this happened, probably 8 months. I went and got checked (probably 7 months) after I had this sexual encounter, one night stand. My life has been turned upside down, emotionally. I was checked again for STDS: HIV, herpes, hips, chlamydia, ghono, and everything came back normal. But now, 10 months later, my urethra is still burning, like crazy. It doesn’t burn or hurt to pee; the burning is just there. It’s like a burning sore. I have good days and bad days, when the burning flares up, it really burns. Actually, since day one, it has never gone away. I went to Emergency last week due to low back pain and they did a CT scan to see whether I had some kidney stones, because I felt dizzy and nauseated. What they noticed was that I had severe inflammation in my Urethra. What would the likelihood that I have some herpes in my Urethra? In close to a year, I never had any discharge or lesions from my penis. But this is an enigma, because I have been on four different types of antibiotics. A week ago, an urologist put me back on Norfloxacin for a month, but in a week, I have not seen any improvement at all; I’m afraid, the same thing is going to have after I finished this round of antibiotics: nothing. In Canada, you don’t pay to go to the doctors but you cannot tell them I need this test or that test done. What are the chances of me having some type of “urethra stricture” (a narrowing of the urethra caused by injury or disease such as urinary tract infections or other forms of urethritis). I have no problem peeing but this is driving me crazy because it has not stopped burning for months. I could have a couple of days or relieve and the rest is just burning burning, which compels me to apply solarcaine for relief almost every day. I know that I had sexual intercourse right after she gave me oral, but can trauma from oral sex last so long? Any idea about what is going on with me, guys. At this point, I think that my anxiety level is making me sicker. But I do have a legitimate concern. They saw the inflammation in my urethra when I went to emergency.

I agree with Guy and the discomfort is from the act itself.

Your test was done too early. But oral seems to be low risk.
