Small bump on my penis

Hi I posted a question on another forum and got some some help but looking for a little bit more.  I had protected oral and vaginal sex with a sex worker 5 days ago.  2 Days ago i developed a sore throat stuffy nose and had some fatigue. I didnt register a fever.  Today i feel alot better but when i woke up there is a singular small bump on the base of me penis.  Could this be herpes?  Would herpes symptoms show up this quickly? Also i trimmed the area around my penis with some hair clippers could it be the area is irratated from the small hairs?  Would i test positive for herpes this soon if i am possibly showing signs?  I also have HVP and i used to have a wart in the same spot as the bump before it was froze off could this be the HPV returning?

Hi, yes 2 days falls into the symptom date and the location as well but from what you describe does not seem herpes related but more of an ingrown hair. However, a swab of the sore taken witin 48 hours after appearing would be advised for herpes concerns, or a blood test in 3 months.
