Strange Whitehead/Zit on Penis
Hi everyone,
I had unprotected sex about a week ago, and my skin got really dry as soon as it ended. It was occasionally itchy, but not painful. Recently, I've had a small zit/whitehead on my penis shaft that just showed up today. It isn't painful or particularly itchy, it just looked like it was pus filled. I popped it and a white substance like pus came out of it. I've had bacterial infections down there before. My partner tested negative for all recently. I just want to know if it sounds like herpes with an honest answer.
For Context:
- Single, tiny white spot
- Not painful at all
- Occasionally itchy
- Pus came out (soft, not hard pus)
-Looks like it could clear up in two days or so
- Had dry, flaking skin after sex
- Tested negative for Chylmidia
- I've had cold sores when I was a kid
