Supposedly exema Still Scared

I am a 24yo circumcised male. Two weeks after a  vaginal sexual encounter that as partially unprotected, and a binge week of dry masturbation that was about 5 times a day for a week, I had a really intense pain on the head of my penis that started as a sting on the crown but eventually spread to the whole glans, No visible blisters or bumps just a vague inflammation and some dryness. I went to a gp he said it could be Chlamydia/Gonorrhea got tested and those turned out negative. With those results I returned to masturbation and the redness moved to the shaft on one side, resulting in a red area with lots of very very small bumps. I began to panic. The Glans appeared very dry. About 6 weeks after exposure I went to a dermatologist who said it was very unlikely it was herpes she said penile dermatitis, a form of exema and I took the igg test, I tested positive for hsv1 which she said was probably  an infection from childhood, and a 0.16  negative on the hsv2. She told me to stop worrying and it looked nothing like an std. I returned to My gp and he said basically the same thing after checking me again. Am I ok to stop worrying??

you have to be kind to the lil guy dear!!! buy a good sex lube and use it when you masturbate!! At this point all you are doing is further irritating already irritated skin :(

herpes igg blood testing isn't accurate until at least 3 months post encounter. if you are concerned about this encounter, repeat your testing at the proper time for peace of mind.

continue to follow up with your dermatologist as needed. no one saw any signs of herpes so odds are this isn't caused by genital herpes.
