Swelling around the bottom of the Penis

I was recently diagnosed with Genitle Herpies. I was devastated when i found out about this. Ive been taking medication for Pain and for the Virus/disease. Its been about 5 days since ive been taking medication one is vikadin for pain and the oyher is cyclover. I am not circumsized so my foreskin usually covers more than half of my private. Since i was diagnosed and they said i had an outbreak i am now feeling uncomfortable about my foreskin i guess it must have swollen up underneath my penis where they said they seen hepititas signs with tiny blisters. My foreskin does not want to come forward and stay int he place it once was. It feels very uncomfortable when i walk around because of the penis head rubbing against my underwear or shorts. Its very sensitive and i get some pain or uncomfortable. Is this normal ? will the foreskin on my penis ever go back to normal and cover my penis again ?

just make sure that herpes was part of the testing. even though they said they were testing you for std's, that doesn't mean that herpes was a part of it.

also you need to wait at least 3 months post encounter for your herpes igg blood testing to be accurate.

I have seen a specialist he told me the only thing he can see was swelling on my penis. There was no signs of having herpies. He said if I have not sexually active and I do have sex then tour body's not used to it. He said in about two weeks i should be back to normal and just to tough it out and ill be fine if i don't get any better in 2 3 weeks to go back and visit him and we shall take a deeper look. The people at suttervill hospital in sactamento diagnosed me with genital herpies and prescribed me medication i probly didn't need. The specialist said here was so visual signs of it and i have had 2 blood tests some so far and test results come back negative for any STD"S. At this time i am very happy to know i do not have genital herpies. I have only had sex 2 times and i am assuming maybe just a little strain adjusting to being sexually active. Hope everything works out in a couple of week.

how long ago had you had sex prior to your symptoms starting?

did you follow up to see if herpes testing was even part of the testing you had done?

definitely see an urologist for the phimosis issues you are having too.

I was diagnosed at sutterville general hospital in Sacramento. They were going to perform an ultra sound altho the woman who was inspecting me said I did not need it because she said I had genitle herpies. I asked her if she was sure and she replied she was 80 percent sure I had herpies. They also took a blood test and a urine test. 2 days later they said I was clean and showed no signs of having anything that I was clean. When I got back home because I was diagnosed in the ER out of town. I made an appointment with he doctor to see me and he said that the skin was tight underneah my penis head area he skin does not want to come forward and said it may need to be surgically done to make it better. He also sent me to he lab to be checked again for any diseases or infections. He said strange that he didn't see any signs of herpies and it had only been 4 days since they had diagnosis me with it in the ER.
