The Stages of Herpes

I would like to know the stages of an initial Herpes outbreak. People say you have the symptoms show within 2-20 days but I would like to know exactly what symptoms. They mention flu-like symptoms but I don't know when this usually takes effect. During blisters? After? What is the first symptom to the last for an initial outbreak. In what most traditional order.

So far from day 1 through day 18, I have started off with fatigue and loss of appetite which then added on to mild fever ranging in the 99.2 to 99.8. Then maybe for the last week of the 18 days so far I have had headaches. My appetite has come back and my fever has finally come down a couple days ago but I still have fatigue and headaches.

Am I at risk for Herpes? I have been very paranoid and do not know the intensity of the tingling, itching, redness, sensitiveness, etc... but it feels like sometimes I may have all of these symptoms but it could just be my imagination because I am stressed and paranoid right now.

Oh and to add to everything else, I have felt depressed on and off for the last 18 days. Any help or advice you can give me will be totally great. Thank you.
