Tiny black dots on penis like scabs

hi i have about 5 to 6 black dots on my penis shaft and on my penis head. i recently have had unprotected sex with my wife trying to make a baby and one night after sex i felt pain in different areas of my penis the next day i had these black dots similar to a scab form. On a couple of the dots the black spot has disappeared but i have a painful crater like appearance on my scrotum and penis. And now it burns at the tip when I pee.  Any idea what they could be?

also depending on if i do have herpes whats the best way to shorten your outbreak. and purely based on your opinion what would you say i had and what is some things i can do to at least take the urination pain away

Did the black spots clear up? Did it turn out to be herpes?

thanks for the help is there and way i can reach you on a chat? i have alot of questions that i would feel so much better if i had answered. One question is how can i have herpes? ive read up on herpes alot and they say when you first get the virus 4-7 days later you have your first out break. This is the first time ive ever had anything wrong with my pubic region and im 22. i have a wife and have only had sex with her for the last year and her faithful to me as well. so if both of us were clean before we started having sex why would i all the sudden have herpes? Alot of my symtoms lead up for me to think herpes like swollen lyph nodes i do have an oral cold sore and i have pain when i urinate. i guess i just need some clearification as to how i could have herpes when ive never had an outbreak before and my wife was a virgin till i came along? thanks you so much for your time you are really keeping me positive you have no idea

Black sores are really not consistant with herpes but more as a small clear liquid filled blister that opens and spreads the virus to the immediate surrounding area in a cluster type. But if this is a true herpes outbreak then if another sore appears have it swabbed within 48 hours after appearing and let us know how the blood test comes out.

hey hows it going. sorry to bother you again but i went to the doctor and she saw my condition and said right away herpes. However the nurse practitioner did not think so. I have read up on herpes and it states that when you first get the virus about 4-7 days after you will get your first outbreak. Now i cant see how thats possible seeing as my wife was a virgin before me and we have been together for about a year both of us faithful to one another. They are doing a urin and blood test on me to see if i have anything. An update on the condition is the black coloring is gone and all that is left is a craters where the spot were. Feels much like an open wound does when touched. (stinging sensation) They are getting better though. plus ive read that if it were to be herpes it would be all over my pubic region but in my case there are minimal craters and only on my left side. My wife has a condition where she gets cysts in her vaginal and we have had sex while she had those cysts about 2 days before my symtoms started could it just be a skin condition with bacteria? thank you for all your help

If its a yeast infection you can talk to your pharmacist about some topical creams. Men can come down with this as is a change in your skins PH and often is the wife has one the man can allow have it develop. The urethra irritation you might be well to see a doctor about some meds as may also be a UTI.

Hi there thanks for the reply yes we have both been tested and there were negative results. About 2 months ago my wife had a uti that turned to a yeast infection. I have had multiple partners but my wife was a virgin till me but since then we have been tested for herpes,HIV and aides with negetive results. Would you happen to know the quickest way to get this to go away I've had it for about 3-4 days now and it's not fun going to the bathroom expecting a painful expeirience. Thanks for all your help
