Scared about Herpes, had protected sex, but received oral!

I haven't had sex in a very long time, but then I recently had sex with this woman. We used condoms but she did give me oral. It's been about 3 weeks(we've had sex a total of 3 times since), and I am now noticing red markings under my foreskin, and now a red bump on the head of my penis. They are very minuscule but the coloration is becoming slightly more prominent. I thought I had just slight chafing due to excessive masturbation at first but the small bump on my glands is what had me become very alarmed. Is this genital herpes or something else? If so, when should I get tested??

I always suggest getting anything concerning looked at. That being said this isn't really suggestive of herpes.
