Very worried...does this sound like herpes?

Very recently I started having irritation in my vagina and a slight discharge and it was a bit itchy. When I went to shower I noticed there were bumps but I couldn't see all of them...they were mostly inside my labia and I didn't really seem to feel any of these bumps in my right lip until tonight. Quite possibly they were spread? I was messing with them and trying to pop them but not sure if anything came out. The bumps on my right lip look red, were tiny and spread out (they weren't clustered). The bumps aren't very huge and they don't hurt, I just noticed that they were there because I felt them. They have a slight itch if I remember correctly... (I'm out of the shower now and they don't itch right now). I also noticed when this happened I was breaking out on my face, most likely because of hormonal levels or something I ate. Could a food allergen possibly cause the bumps? I also had thought it might have been a heat rash because I've been sitting down too long with no air ventilation. I never had bumps like this until now although I've had pimples before and the occasional heat rash. It also feels a little bumpy between the anus and vagina. Before this happened I also have been having constipation problems and had to use hemorrhoidal cream so I thought it could just be slight irritation from that...but it's impossible for that irritation to go to the vagina right? Anyway, I'm so worried about it I was beyond shaking and frantically looking online and couldn't go to sleep...not sure when I can check the doctor on this... don't really have the money right now or insurance and I'm worried about telling my mom because she'll freak out. I also have eczema sometimes but mostly it happens on my hands but I don't think it's the same thing. I've also had cold sores before...is it possible to get it down there if you accidentally touched it on your lip? I don't have any fevers or aches and it doesn't feel flu like. It doesn't hurt when I pee unless I had popped them (bad idea). The last time I had sex it was last year around October. I didn't have any outbreak then. If this is supposed to be my "outbreak" it doesn't seem very extreme but who knows. Does everyone get intense first outbreaks? My mom does have some leftover Valtrex thankfully (she has cold sores) so I'm going to try to take some and see if it will go away. But if anyone has had anything similar and know what it is or what it could be, I'd like to know... Thanks.

Unfortunately your only option is to be seen for an exam. Most local counties have a clinic associated with them - google it or look in your phone book. They would charge at a reduced rate/sliding scale.

Best not to try to pop anything, as it can lead to infection.

Ok I just went to the bathroom because it started feeling itchy down there again and when I press down on the bumps some blood comes out. Does herpes do this? I've never been so scared in my life I feel like I'm going to cry. Does anyone know any clinics that will help me for someone that doesn't have insurance or much money?? :( I feel so helpless!

btw, I also have a history of reoccurring yeast infection...whenever I go in they always take a sample for it and it always comes out to be yeast but for some reason I just feel this is slightly different... guess with the bumps and all.
