Worried I may have spread hsv 1 to my genitals / eyes.

Hey, I recently got my first cold sore ever (approx 2 or 3 days ago). When I first felt that initial tingling, I hadn't even thought about what it was, so as I would with a pimple, I just poked and squeezed at it, trying to pop whatever it was. Just a few moments after doing this I got bored and... well I shan't go in to detail, but lets just say that I touched my genitals (I'm a male) right after touching my cold sore. It wasn't to any excess extent, but I did do so. I'm not sure if this was enough to give me genital herpes, and I'm a bit worried. Also, due to my allergies I've been touching my eyes rather frequently, although I've been compulsively sanitizing or washing my hands every time I touch anywhere near my lips, I'm still a bit worried that this amount of contact with my eyes could have given me ocular herpes as well.
So far, I have no symptoms of either of these (although I find I get a bit of itching down below... although I'm quite sure that that is just hypochondria, since there are absolutely no bumps or whatever to be seen, and it isn't constant.)

Thank you!

you didn't spread your oral herpes to your genitals.

regular hand sanitizer is just fine .

Bah, sorry for the multiple posts, but I keep forgetting to mention things. There were a few other instances when I had touched my lower areas after touching my cold sore, but I was very sure to use hand sanitizer right after accidentally touching my lips, and from what I've read the hand sanitizer should have been strong enough to kill the hsv1 virus, but I'm not sure (it had a 62-65% alcohol content, and from what I've read you need at least 60-70% alcohol content to kill hsv1.)
Thanks again >.<

Oh, I forgot to mention that I would like to know whether hsv1 can be contracted / spread through saliva alone, as (very briefly, and again I shan't go in to detail) a bit of saliva came in to contact with my nether regions. Not much at all, though.
