Not sure if I have gential herpes?

I recently had unprotected sex with a women 3 weeks ago. After a week I started itching in the growing region and on the back of my thighs. I also was having testicle discomfort and burning in the urethra. I went the a a care provider and had a urine sample taken and tested negative for chlamydia, syphallis and gonaregha. I had a blood test taken and tested negative for HIV but they didn't say anything about herpes. It has been 3 weeks and I have some redness around the tip of my penis and still hurts around the tip a little. May say it burns still. I have had chronic prostatis and had that checked as well and it was good. I'm starting to worry because they gave me antibiotics and cleared most of the burning and testicle discomfort buy the redness around the tip is making me worried. I asked 2 different Dr. If I had herpes and they said they didn't see any physical signs. I asked about I thought were small red bumps but both dr said not to be concerned unless I get ulcers... I may be driving myself crazy but I want another opinion to see what someone can tell me about the redness and the tiny bumps that look like a rash sometimes and then clears up and within hrs comes back... Help....

I agree with your Dr's. Nothing you describe says hsv. If you had hsv in the urithra it would most likely have lesions on the outside of the penis and it would hurt like hell when you urinate. Also discharge would most likely appear as well.
Hsv bumps would not come and go like that.
General itching over an area like you describe is also not an hsv symptom
Was this an encounter you regret? The reason I ask is because most of what you describe is the same symptoms I hear a lot (and have had when stressed about an encounter I was worried about or regret) when guys are stredded or in fear.
