When did I become infected?

Ok, here is the lowdown. I got flu like symptoms end of January, and a lesion in my nether regions. My OB cultured the lesion and I got an IGg HSV2 blood test. the culture came back positive so I know I have Herpes. The blood test came back 0.311. From what I've read, less than 0.9 is considered negative so I'm thinking this is a recent infection since my blood test was negative and it takes time for antibodies to form in my blood. What are the chances I contracted Herpes 2 in the last month or 2-3 months, versus 6 months? Just trying to pin down a close time to infection. I know it's not accurate, but I think it will help me figure out who I got it from.
