you need to be seen and get an exam. this can be many things from a hormone issue to infections.
My period is extremely weird this month, about two weeks ago I started with a bright pink spotting, then to brown discharge which I know as old blood. Now my period is full blown, its making me super sick, its extremely heavy and smells absolutely horrible. I slept for about twenty four hours the other night and I assume its caused by my period because I was not sleep deprived. No major cramps but probably the worst longest period I have ever had. I am healthy and only 19, what is going on with my body ?! Oh and there is a high chance that I could have been pregnant but I really don't know and I feel like I am going to vomit all the time.
well yes but bottom line will be - you need to be seen by your gyn if you are having period issues.
If I have a question about my period think you could answer it ?
definitely check what testing was done and what it is and go from there.
He never had an outbreak and still hasn't so no .
I believe there was a culture, I had three different paps by three different doctors until the last one knew by looking at it, gave me pain killers , antibiotics and A&D ointment. Live by them all, healed a couple weeks later took so many sitz baths and haven't had anything since. They were white sores that pussed, scabbed up and healed covering from front on vagina to back of anus.. I had maybe twenty sores, they made me sick to my stomache, couldn't go to school or do anything..
If they didn't do a culture is it for sure herpes ?
so there was a lesion culture that was hsv2+?
did he get tested?
I have the paper work and yeah they did testing, I am only 19 and am with the same person I was with when I got diagnosed. He's my rock through all og it, lost a lot of my self confidence.
they didn't do any testing?
definitely call and find out if they typed you to know for sure if it's hsv1 or hsv2. You and future partners can't make educated decisions about what precautions to take together until you know what you have for sure.
I believe I have hsv2 , I had sores covering my genital area, they treated them as cuts and tears at first I was allergic to the cooling wipes and on top of it being my first outbreak everything swelled about five times its size, could not walk for about a month. had a billion medications..
no, herpes won't affect your periods.
how were you diagnosed as having genital herpes? Do you have hsv1 or hsv2 genitally?
