burning

Can hsv1 and/or hsv2 cause burning, pin and needle sensation on leg, hand, palm and one side of face. Can this sensation last more than 3 months.

you can get a herpes WB blood test 4 months after the last time you had sex to confirm your status. If your provider uses quest labs, it's test #34534.

3 months inclusive with other std test which is negative

your hsv2 igg is a low positive and not likely a true positive. It'll need confirmed with further testing.  no further acyclovir at this time is needed.

when had you last had sex prior to your herpes testing?

After taking acyclovir for 1 week my test result for hsv1 is 0.66 which is negative but hsv2 is 1.33 which is more than 1 +ve

Nope but i did diagnose with hsv1 and 2. Very mild the reading less than 1.4 and didn't occur any blister or redness

no reason to think herpes is the cause of these symptoms.

have you seen a neurologist yet?
