Herpes exposure?

I was out the other night and made a last minute decision to see a service provider.

No intercourse, we showered together, very light French kissing, some rubbing and I did finger her breifly.

She gave me a handjob and then a BJ but covered. The condom didn't break. When we were wrapping up I noticed she had some red bumps on her buttocks but they were few and resembled slight razor burn more than anything. I didn't put my penis on her, but may lightly have grazed her buttocks while we showered (where we used soap).

Not sure what to think about this encounter could I have contracted  herpes or some other form of skin-to-skin STI? A little freaked out, should I hold off on any other type of intercourse?

I am likely over reaching but worried nonetheless.

Thank you for the prompt response. I'm assuming asymptotic shedding from the buttocks and grazing of her buttocks with my penis poses no real risk then? That's what has been bothering me the most.
no risk
