herpes or being paranoid

ive been dating this girl for a few months and after she told me she cheated on me and got gential herpes  this was after she gave a blow job  and i fingered her  there was a grace period  ( like 10- 30  sec) before my gentials where touched by the same hand. (  april 11th )

i have a bump on the shaft my penis ( lower half )  at first it hurt to even  lay down then i popped  it a day later  and yellow puss with a lil blood no scent bump is still there a few days later still lil firm but it does not hurt and if i squeeze it a lil a drop  came out but  no pain  now since ( april 17th )

but the bump is still there so  lil firm but now im losing sleep and really depressed  what do i do im lost and confused please help.  

are these symptoms or am i paranoid

1 bump on shaft   with yellow pus ( scabbed and smaller  after poped)  
tingling all over  at random parts of the day few seconds
was lil sick for a few days

does it matter  that i had a hpv shot and hept b shot


What do i do ive been reading facts for a while and dont understand any of it please help

You didn't get her genital hsv from her hand or the oral. It is possible to get hsv1 from oral id she has oral hsv1 (cold sores) what you describe doesn't sound hsv related at all.  You can go get a igg blood test dor hsv1 and hsv2.
