you can buy nystatin and lotrimin otc. the generic versions are fine too.
the cream you are using now has a topical steroid in it. for some folks, their skin is too sensitive and that can cause irritation too.
if by next week the rash isn't significantly better, return to be seen again.

I agree with grace on the fungal infection. I have the same cream for mine and the doctor had to change mine as well. No need to worry it does sound fungal.
I am not sure on the rest of the questions though. Hope this helps!
I did mean 2 times a day. I will do such on wednesday. I am stuck with no money until then. can you suggest me a cream?
pick up an otc anti fungal jock itch cream and give that a try.
also the cream you were given needs to be used 2x/day, not 2x/week.

He gave me econazole 1% and Cloderm. He says use it 2 times a week it has not helped any. This spot is new and its darker red plus like white spots and hurts some times not all the time. What about the test questions?
what cream are you using?
this doesn't sound like herpes and sounds exactly like a fungal infection. sometimes you have to switch medications to get good results.

Also I am having some pain. Its not constant like every minute but it does come a few at most minutes.
