do i have herpes or am i paranoid?

first thank you for your responses. second i had unprotected sex with someone 3 weeks ago. the next day i notice how very often i urinated after sipping water it was almost instant. after a week and some internet research i thought i had herpes. i started having small discomfort in my groin area come and go very unnoticeable. and then the tip of my penis where the opening it looked a bit red and usual. no pain what so ever. my thigh on my left closer to my groin started itching and burning like a rash sensation. after i did some research and thought i had jock itch. i bought a jock itch cream and applied it. it went away and now both thighs tend to itch or show some discomfort on and off. i have no pain while urinating. i have no lesions or anything appearing on or around my penis. i have small red marks on the tip of my penis that stay. painless and do not itch.  today at around 22 days i just itch and have very mild discomfort. the only discomfort now is itching a bit more than usual in my testicles. small tingle/sting tip of my penis 1-2 times a day. no discharge. the person i had sex with had a full std test and came back negative and ensured i was the only partner within years. she told me she had no issues prior to me. im confused, i do not have health insurance until next month and this is stressing me out. i have no pain while having an erection or after. i do not have flu symptoms just normal headaches 1-4 time a week. i sit all day at work and at home. i am health a slight bit over weight. ive had eczma in my genital area that ive ignored for years. it hasnt bothered me. i hope im overthinking my situation. i look on the web daily to see what i have and stress over this for the past three weeks. i have no pain again in my genital area just some discomfort here and there and the itching it quite current. i plan to see a medical professional when i have health insurance. too add in summery today i have itching slight discomfort my thigh itches and has a red mark that looks like a stretch mark near my groin. i have small pimples on my thighs no where near my groin.

First of all i would say stop reading herpes symptoms. If you don't understand the virus it's impossible to understand the context of the symptoms. Your next day issues were way to early for any std symptoms to occur. I will keep this short and sweet. None of your symptoms are herpes related. They're not any std related. That i am absolutely sure of. Herpes either is asymotomatic, meaning no symptoms or you would get lesions and possibly other flu like symptoms. Lesions can be mild and passed off as something else if you're not looking for them. You however are most certainly aware of genitals and have been on the look out. Your random issues are normal and your hightened awareness has made every sensation feel abnormal. I get this here very often.
