herpes or not

I've been having anxiety for a while now worrying whether I've got hsv or not..... a year ago my sister told me that someone I had sex with may having herpes. I panicked,  I started having trouble anxiety my muscle would cramp, finger twitched, and burning/tingling sensation this was happen all over my body including finger and toes. The nerve sensations made me worry even more because no muscle aches are a sign of herpes. I finally got tested and it came back negative....Since that insident I've had unprotected sex ......I haven't test again ......I noticed 4 small bumps on my lower back but no swollen lumps, fever, no bumps on vagina area or mouth....should I be worry about having herpes

You can be confident that these symptoms are not at all suggestive of herpes.

Please seek medical advice regarding these symptoms for an appropriate diagnosis.

There is nothing here in your symptoms that is suggestive of herpes at all. There is no need for further testing or worry unless you have direct genital symptoms. If you have concerns, then mutual testing before sexual activity may be useful for you.
