odds are your hsv1 is oral, not genital. even if you can't recall ever having had a cold sore, most folks who have it, don't get them to know that they are infected.
were you seen yet for your symptoms?

You need to see a doctor to get your symptoms looked at.
Do you guys think it can be hsv2 ?
Yes I tested postive for HSV 1 by blood test.
That extra layer of skin is on the tip but near the opening of my urethra. It looks like a circle and burns and itches, and it also hurts inside my urethra.
Do you think it might be herpes 2 ?
this is normal what you are seeing inside your urethra.
did you test + for hsv1 on a blood test or on a lesion culture of genital symptoms 10 years ago.
your partner from a few days ago needs to be seen and get a proper exam and some testing done. her symptoms don't sound like herpes.
It doesn't look like a bump but more like a extra layer of skin.
The bump are filled with fluid or looks like an ulcer.. But it doesn't look like that.. I used a condom as while..
You said : I have all the symptoms but no bumps or lesions, then in the same post say you have bumps,
I just been seen by a doctor today, there's no bumps or anything but I do have constant pain in my urethra. I took a blood test as well, I look at the tip on my penis and I do see a extra layer of skin but its just a little peace of skin. I'm not sure if that's herpes 2 or just skin..
I tested positive for hsv 1 a long time ago I believe it's genital. Do you think that's why it hurts at the tip of my penis?
I recent had another sexual encounter I used a condom but I touched my penis when putting on the condom and fingered her.. 4 days ago later she called me today and told me she experiencing discharge, burning and itching in her genitals. Do you think I might have given her herpes?
these don't sound like genital herpes symptoms. have you been seen and had them looked at yet?

I'm in a similar boat and just weighing in but those symptoms could really be anything. It could be a yeast infection, balanitis, psoriasis, eczema and about 1000 other things. Could be anxiety or molluscum or folliculitis. Without the actual blisters and ulcers, I think it's very difficult to automatically assume or believe it's herpes. I would imagine the risks of getting herpes using a condom are probably very slim. Do you know if your HSV1 is oral or genital? I think too many people are quick to assume it's herpes just because of the location. Unfortunately, I don't think you are going to get any kind of real answer based on your symptoms since they are clearly atypical and probably not herpes. Your blood test will certainly tell the tale and you already know it will come up positive for HSV1. Don't think you have much to worry about.
Thanks for the reply, yes I experienced fatigue, fever, burning when urinating and tingling and burning around the shaft of my penis. The symptoms lasted for 4 weeks. I was wearing a condom so I'm assuming the bumps are there because that part was exposed.
Correct I had no bumps or lesions, I have no symptoms now just small little bumps where my pelvic and penis meet and some are on my shaft. I've tested positive for HSV 1 10 years ago. The bumps are on my penis but where my penis starts. It resembles razor bumps. I haven't went back and did blood test as of yet. April month 3 so I will be getting one done tomorrow.
You had all the symptoms but no bumps or lesions? What are the other symptoms? Do you get cold sores because then it would be unlikely that you also have hsv1 genitally. From what I've heard from the docs, it would usually appear on the actual penis. If its by the hair, its probably folliculitis. Did you get a blood test?
