My blood test for std has shown hsv1 1gc spec result 4.27 and hsv 2 igc type spec <.91
does this mean i have hepes i dont have any rash or discomfort at all no discharge or any other problem. i have always used condoms for sex

it seems i dont need to worry about herpes. I am sure if i see a dr they want to give me medication. But i have no outbreak or symptoms. i always use condoms also.

Actually way over 45 million americans have hsv1. The 45 million number refers to hsv2 and that was a long time ago. I think it's over 70 million now have hsv2 to be honest.
Since it was only a week after sex if you want to know your hsv2 status from this particular encounter you'll need to retest at the 4 month post encounter mark. same with repeating your syphilis and hiv testing too if it was unprotected sex.

i had a general screening. my test was done after a week of having sex.does hsv1+ means i have herpes. i read on the internet that 45 million americans have herpes. thats every one in my opinion unless you only had one sex partner.
