Cervical cancer is almost always caused by HPV which definitely doesn't always include visible symptoms.

HSV1 has nothing to do with it.  Nor would any other type of herpes.

I would go to the "STD" general forums here and ask your HPV question. I really don't know much about it.

You can also go to the STD Experts forum here and search the archives if you want some good topic-specific information.  Click on the magnifying glass near the tree at the top of that page and type "HPV" and see what other people have asked the doctors there.  It's a great free resource.

Good luck.

And, from someone whose native language is English I can tell you this, when you say you are experiencing "razor blades" when urinating you are describing excruciating pain.  And that actually could apply to herpes.

yes what I meant was urine flow is forked but flow rate is normal. razor blade feeling is near pelvic area at the end of the penis but not too much painful. Can it be hpv or hsv ? how can I distinguish it? if it is hpv there has never been a papilloma. and if it is hpv what must I do? does it cause cancer on penis?

My native language is not english.

fork what???  Read your posts again and re-phrase whatever they are editting out of your first two posts.  Do you mean your urine flow is forked?  This might mean there is an ostruction in your urethra.

When you say it feels like razor blades, is that throughout your entire penis or just the tip of the urethra (near your opening)?  How often does this occur?

Hi, having a herpes sore inside your urethra is not common and would be extremely painful.
