icy hot sensation herpes

I recently had sex again with someone I've had sex with multiple times before . He gets checked frequently for stds. Before having sex with him, I had nothing but I've recently had this icy hot sensation down my thighs, into my feet , across my pubic area . It's been 2 weeks since having sex and the icy hot prickly sensation began two days ago. However, I am not itching.. Or burning . There's no sores inside or outside or weird discharge. I can also urinate without it burning. I'm freaking out every day because I don't know what's going on. I have migraines, as well of a loss of appetite. I'm wondering if this sensation I feel has anything to do with herpes ...as I've been cleared for chlamydia , gonnorhea ,and HIV .

Herpes are ulcerated sores, not flesh colored bumps.

Okay, I also have these bumps. They are really small and flesh colored . It doesn't make me itch at all. Are these related to herpes or is that natural?

There may well be, but no need to be overly concerned regarding herpes.

No I get tested Monday. It just feels like something is going wrong .

These symptoms on their own do not suggest a recent herpes infection.

Have you had herpes testing previously?
