Highly unlikely its a herpes sore inside your urethra. Its from direct skin contact and the inside of your penis coming into contact with a herpes sore is impossible but it could be from an old infection to have an outbreak there but even that is rare.
Also if you had a herpes sore inside your uretha you would be in terrible pain esp when urinating.
If you think you have something inside then have a doctor take a peek with a scope, its only way for that issue.

One last question and this is very important for me! İ also have uncomfortable feeling in my urethra i cant describe it but like there is a sore in urethra at the bottom part of penis and this also cause forked urine stream. Can hsv responsible for it? Has anyone expreinced it who has hsv?
Talk to the doctor about this but its most likely hsv1 from oral if you do have it but you might have had this since you were a child and may not have contracted anything from the act you had. Have a blood test also.
Tomorrow i will get a pcr test , if İ have hsv1 type do you suggest to get a pcr test for my wife for hpv? And if my wife has hpv then we have both hsv and hpv, is this a nightmare?

It has not been conclusive. Some studies say not a major risk factor and other say may be linked. Not for certain. Its even been studied on the dna level with no confirmed conclusion but appears is not a major risk factor. And this is for HSV2 only not hsv1. Thats why you need to get tested!
You seem to know a lot about hsv , is it a big problem to have it? especially hsv1? When outbrakes appear İ feel like crying and really depressed they dont hurt much but ruin my mood, then this cervical problem came and now i think i also give hpv to my wife but try to relieve myself it may be hsv too. İ feel very sad:(
No test was done, a dermatologist examined during an outbrake it and said it is herpes my outbrakes comes twice and they are not severe i can live wlth them i dont mind it, I read many articles about cervical abnormalities and hsv is also determined as a risk factor for it.
Correct, hpv warts can only be manually removed like a finger wart. You need to swab the next sores within 48 hours after appearing or have a blood test now. Taking valtrex would not make a positive negative, would only lower your positive value. Have the blood test done as a starting point.
When there is outbrakes i take valtrex and zovirax snd it works the blisters go away within a week if it was warts of hpv they wouldn't go away right? But how can i understand beside hsv 1 i have hpv or not ? My wife never hit blisters and sores just had cervical problem doctors always say it is because of hpv but there are researhes hsv causes low grade dysplasia too. İf only i knew it is just hsv1:(
They do fit the herpes profile being soft and blistery. You need to be tested to confirm if they are infact herpes. Was a test done? Also herpes does not cause the abnormal cervix issuses, HPV does.

When İ made a research about it herpes is also in risk factors of this abnormal cells in pervic.
Im so sorry İ gave it to my wife i cant forgive myself and pray to god its just hsv1 not hpv caused this asc-us i dont want her to get cancer.
