itching tingling everyday

i recieved oral sex. the very next morning, literally 6 hours later, i began to itch in my groin area. later little red bumbs have shown up on my thighs and above my penis. being i was scared i did not get tested and lived with the constant everyday itching for months. about a year later i went to a doctor who assured me i do not have a std. got tested and passed. she gave me antiboitics and they did nothing. went back a she referred me to a dermatologist. he said you do not have herpes. so i went to a another dermatologist and he said i have folliculitis and gave me pills and a cream. they did nothing. now 2 years later i still itch and tingle everyday and occasionally have little red bumps that pop up from time to time. i seem to have a lot of the symptoms of herpes, however, no one seems to have ever started having symptoms within hours of contact nor do they have symptoms everyday. is this possible or is there other problems i can have like folliculitis or something of that sort?

any help is much appreciative.

No one here can take a guess at this, you absolutely need to go back to your Doctor and tell him your problem is not resolving and you want it followed up, it could any one of a number of things.
See your Doctor and explain fully what is going on with you .....

i appreciate the help but i know its not shaving. it is extreme discomfort with piercing itching and red pimple like bumps popping up here and there and even a black head on my shaft 3 times. from what i read herpes can vary per person. id love to think its not but it has to be something. does anyone have suggestions of possible alternatives to what it can be. remember it came after oral sex.

it's highly unlikely that you have herpes once you've been tested and came out negative. if you shave around the genital area then that's it.

Herpes would not give you all this trouble on a daily basis nor would it have shown up so soon after the event.
I suggest you ask your Doctor to follow this up due to the discomfort you are in all the time, there is something causing it and it may time a little time to sort out it's a process of elimination until the source is found i'm afraid, but I doubt very much if Herpes is the culprit.
