so you never had a baseline herpes igg blood test done at all then let alone a lesion culture of your throat for herpes?
at this point I wouldn't even begin to consider that if this was originally oral herpes that it's still going on. The symptoms you are still describing don't sound at all like active herpes. If your 10 days of oral acyclovir are up, no reason to continue taking it either - it's probably done all that it's going to do at this point but certainly discuss that with your doctor. It sounds like you have some petechiae in the throat which are common with strep infections/viral throat infections.
You need to continue following up on this with your doctor and/or an ENT specialist. Sounds like you still have either your neck lymph node swollen or even a swollen salivary gland going on.

because they tried antibiotics and they didnt worked, then they started to give me aciclovir and it worked well.
three weeks after that i took a throat culture test, and it says that i had strep throat, and the doctor told me that the sore throat became overinfected with the bacteria. the doctor give me a week ago 3 injections ceftraxone (to kill the strep) , and took aciclovir 1600mg per day(to treat theherpes).
the tonsils are not that swollen now, after these injections, but i have kind of swollen theneck, i dont have bean shaped things, i have the left side of the neck swollen.
and i have sores on my tonsils, they are very red, and tiny veryyyy tiny dots like 3, on my gums. i can eat and drink and swallow saliva, but the saliva production increased idk why.
out of that im very healthy, i dont any other problem.
what could it be?:(
How did they diagnose you as having oral herpes? Did they do a culture or just a visual diagnosis?
