need help with questions

does hsv1 genital cause constant stomach rumbling(over a year) since diagnosis?
does it also cause white tongue and dry mouth?
does it cause muscle twitching arms legs body wide?
does it cause pain or numbness in hands and feet?
does it cause chest pain?
im a male had these things ever since diagnosis over a year ago, is this possible
had swab test it was negative and blood test igg was + hsv1 hsv2- was done 12 months after diagnosis

does this sound like hsv1 genital? all std came back negative
i have had hsv1 on lips for years but have not had a cold sore in years

ive had white tongue
sinus congestion
eyes watering
ear blockage

constant for a year since diagnosis have you ever encountered a patient with these symptoms with ghvs1 and oral hsv1?

you should be seen. your provider can better tell you what is going on.

correct, herpes pain is constant until healed, not just when wiping.

i dont know what do they look like i never looked at that part of my body
for obvious reasons, so what you are saying is if it was herpes it would hurt until it healed correct? i just looked there and its a darker color raised bump
about an inch or so long uneven looking and its dark in color than the rest of the anal area.

herpes would not just cause symptoms when you wipe.

do you have hemorrhoids?

does herpes on anus painful i have had irritation there but only hurts when i wipe would herpes hurt all the time on anus?

when you have genital herpes, it's also in the anal area. same set of nerves regardless of where you get actual lesions.

your provider last year evidently erred on the side of caution. you'd had to ask them why they gave you valtrex.

then why did the doctor give me valtrex for ten days last year?

does herpes hsv1 move from penis to anus?

many of us contract hhv6 when we are small children. it's pretty common. we don't test for it commonly in adults.

a visual diagnosis of herpes is often wrong which is why we encourage follow up blood testing to confirm status. really no reason at this point to think you have genital herpes.

test for hsv6 or other virus
i had this happen to me 5 years ago no doctor would listen but one found out it was something triggered by stress or a cross strain of herpes 1/2

dermatoligist  gave me 10 days valtrex and said the bump was herpe by visual

one odd bump flesh colored on penis head never filled with fluid,or blistered
culture was negative but it was swabbed 3 days after it appeared.

6 months later i had irritation near rectum could it have presented itself there instead of penis area? do lesions have to be present to get prodome?

none of those symptoms are hsv1 related at all.

most adults will test  + for hsv1. if you can't recall cold sores or genital lesions, odds are it is an oral hsv1 infection.   it appears you have had cold sores in the past so you know your hsv1 is oral for sure.
