need help asap

So I have been getting pretty worried lately. Feel that something could be wrong. The head of my penis is starting to feel a little dry, it has a few bumps, and it's kind of itchy.

I have a girlfriend and we have unprotected sex. Unfortunately something came up and I had unprotected sex with an ex of mine a little while ago so that causes me to worry.

Need an answer asap.

i have a few pictures that I can send to any doctors that need to view them.

Thanks in advance

If its a fungus you can get some over the counter creams. You can ask the pharmasist which.

Since you are having a reaction from a unprotected sex act, it would be advisable to have a full std testing before being intimate with your regular girl friend to protect her from contracting anything

Hi topical penis irritations can be from fungus like thrush which is an imbalance in skin PH. If a female has it a male can contract it as well. Other possibilites would be herpes but with this would be more a blister type sore that breaks open and forms a cluster.
If in fact your experiencing something new to your penis area, i would suspect the fungus.
If your concerned, maybe see a doctor, not only for your protection but for your girlfriends protection as well.
