please help!
Who ever can help with an answer it is much appreciated.
I am 24 years old I went to the strip club with some friends and I was drunk and had Protected sex breif oral and vaginal both protected with a stripper. I don't think the condom slipped or anything like that, but Im worried I've been infected in areas that were not protected by the condom.
This was 7/20/11. When I begain sobbering up, I started to panic I came home showered and put rubbing alcohol and hydrogen poroxide on my genital area.. I am having severe anxiety. since then incounter I have had tingling in the genital area and my skin on my right inner thigh feels irritated. my feet felt numb today when I was sitting down. Also I went to the gym after swimming in the pool and jaquzie I showed and after I showed felt a very strong tingleing in genital area...I have never had these symtoms before the incounter 3 days ago....I have no idea what this could be. I went yesterday and had a blood and urine test done. I have not recieved the results, but im not sure if it was to soon to tell. given the fact that it was a stripper It could be anything.
I have been researching online and it seems to be the beging signs of herpes..
I show no visible signs of any change in the genital area no bumbs, blister, I have been checking about every 30 minutes . if nothing shows up am i ok? if the symtoms i am experienceing aren't an std then what is causing them to happen now after I had sex?

I have been checking for any changes daily as suggested. yesterday I noticed what looked like a white head on my testicles near the bottom and today I noticed another one. do you know what that might be from? there is no discharge it has been 7 day since encounter. anxiety is high and stress.

A culture is a swab that is rubbed over a sore and sent to lab. The virus is then grown in the lab and then checked if it is HSV and if it is the type. In your case if you have bumps/sores/etc that you think is herpes be seen by your provider and request that they culture it. It is time sensitive so if you can't get to your doctor contact your local health clinic for an STD clinic that will do the swab and send for culture (typing is how we know which type of HSV it is 1 or 2).
A lot of what you are experincing is the anxiety. You are extremely fearful right now and you regret it. So you are over sensing things that you normally would not pay attention to when you aren't fearing something. Think of it this way when you have a bug crawl on you. You then start feeling every little hair move and you think another bug is on you. Its like that.
Tingling is NOT a symptom of a initial herpes infection. That is a prodome and you only have that when you have had herpes not the inital infection.
As for talking to your girl. Being tested is important in any relationship. I would tell her that you want to wait a little while before engaging in sexual relations. In the mean time if you don't have any symptoms within 20 days I would say your fine. Talk to your previous partner and see if she will be tested. At this point if you want to wait for your maybe future partner wait the 12 weeks and test. If negative feel free to move along with your sexual encounters.

I got my test results back which i took to soon everything was negitive, but i know its not accurate.

Well you always have that feeling. Your risk was low for a one time sexual encounter. But in all honesty just relax.
Herpes and HIV have the longest period of 12 weeks after the encounter. Not sure on the others. If you should get symptoms be seen within 24-48hrs for a lesion culture and typing.

Contrary to popular belief tingling is not a symptom of initial infection of HSV. Though tingling can be seen when patients such as yourself are overly worried. The risk from this encounter is low.
