red spots/bumps on penis
I have had these red spots/bumps coming and going for over two months. One doctor thinks it is just some allergy, bit it has more been more than two months. The other doctor thinks its some yeast/ bacteria infection. They don’t hurt and itch a little when I touch them. what could it be? I am taking some medicines but they don’t really seem to help. I am thinking I will let them be like that and seem them after a week now? Is that a good idea? (They only come under the foreskin, sometimes together some times separately )
What are chances of passing it to someone through surfaces? How careful I need to be so it does not pass to other people?

Without knowing what they are it's not possible to know if it's contagious. The good thing is that the Dr's don't think it hsv. If they don't progress into fluid filled blisters then they probably are not hsv. Bumps under the foreskin is a common thing. Keep it clean and dry and you may want to see a dermatologist.
