i am 45 years old and i am suffring with shingles mostly people said that its std and and i need to know that are these std if yes than i should be careful with my wife and if not than i ll be relax and also need to know that i am having severe and sometime less pain any medication for the pain relief plz

yes my wife had chiken pox in past and i have shingles on my back and little part on tummy ,i went to hospital and they told me about this '
