soapy massage

I am 34 years old Male. Have been happily married since 5years. I had been to thailand early november. I happenned to visit this famous 'Soapy Massage' Place in Bangkok. I and this masseuse entered this huge room. 1st we stripped & entered the bath tub with a lot of bath soap. She rinsed & massaged me all over my body with her hands for 30mins in the tub. Next she laid this air mattress on the floor & cleaned it thoroughly with soap & water jet. I was made to lie down on this mattress face down. She poured a lot of soap water on me. After this she started sliding on my back. At times on my legs, then on my back. Then I was made to be face up. She slid over my thighs then on my chest. She kept pouring a lot of soap water solution at all times. During this process a few times I felt that my penis touched her vaginal area. This lasted for over 30 minutes. Then we dried ourselves. There was a bed in the same room. There again she started massaging me. At this time I got extremely excited. She slid a condom (durex) on me & started vaginal sex. Within 15 seconds I climaxed. She took some toilet tissue & slid the condom out. She washed my penis & then washed herself. Then I left. This was the 1st time in my life I had sex with a commercial sexworker. Since then it has been 42 days. I have had a bit of a rash in my groin area since 5-7 days now. I have been applying ointment since past 4 days. It is much better now, but not completely ok. I have not had any intimate relationship with my wife. Except once that we had oral sex(cullingus & bl..job). I havent tested myself. I stay in a metro city in India.Could I be infected with herpes???

It was protected sex so the odds of picking up hiv from this are slim to none.

You probably picked up a rash from the soap.  The odds that this is a std are very low.  follow up on this with your provider since it concerns you so.
