someone has to know what's going on with me

somebody, anybody help me!!!!

I have been having crazy symptoms daily.  Currently, I am experiencing itching all over my body.  It's around my eyes, fingers (hangnails painful), tip of my toes and the bottom of my feet, chest, stomach and arms. Even in my mouth around my tongue.   I experience dry eyes all day everyday and floater in my left eye.  I am currently experiencing small tiny pimples all over my body.  I notice them around my eyes, on the plum of my hands, arms, neck.  I have short but frequent abdominal pains on both sides of my stomach and both sides of my chest cavity.  Is there anyone else who experience all these sysmptoms?    I am going crazy... I have been to numerous doctors. They seem to think it is all in my head.

No, I don't have total body pains like you are describing. Maybe you have fibromyalgia. Try an SNRI antidepressant. They work well for chronic pain states.

My question has to deal with has anyone experience similar symptoms that I have described.  If so, where you prescribed any medication and did it help?

Nobody here can help you if "numerous"  doctors in real life are stumped. To be honest, your symptoms do sound functional.
