still undiagnosed for hsv2

I had a risky encounter with csw on april 7th it was brief protected vaginal sex and nothing more, since that incident i have felt neck pain and little stiffness mostly in my neck area when looking up on the right side, and its not going away,i also have on going mild penile itch primarily on foreskin and some on crotch area,i have not seen any kind of blisters or sores on my penis yet its past 6 months already. My question is if i had contracted  hsv 2 is it possible that i have it without typical herpes sores and also my skin on penis is getting dry and on the base i see skin turning white.I have seen few doctors and all have said no to herpes but i don't know what is causing itching.
These are the tests i have done at 3months complete std panel test done all neg except hsv 1 which i was positive since 2008 at 5months repeated tests for hsv 1 and 2 type specific igg  test came back  neg for hsv 2 from labcorp
please advice thanks.

Yes you can have herpes without visible sores or symptoms but your test clearly state that you don't have herpes.  If itching persist, seek advice from a dermatologist.  Best of luck to you.
