This could be many things. follow up with your provider for it but i certainly would not be thinking herpes.

These sound like canker sores.  Recurrences of hsv1 orally are usually on the lip or outer lip/chin/nose area, not inside the mouth.

You shouldn't perform oral on someone when you have a canker sore present though - it's an open portal into the body for germs that normally are not in the mouth area.

i also have one more question what is the difference between a cold sore and a canker sore. From time to time i will get a sore underneath my tongue or on my inside lip but i would have to pull down my lip in order to see it. Its usually red around and white in the center. I thought cold sores had to be outside of the lip like on the lips or near the nose. Also can u get hsv orally in the throat?

thankyou for answering my question i have one other thing. As i said before ive only had oral sex for the past 3 years and no intercourse and had 2 negative biokits done. Yesterday i got some tingling down my right thigh and what looks to be 3 red marks are there they look like stretch marks they dont hurt they just feel indented. Is this a sign of herpes? I wish somebody would post pictures of what mild symptoms look like so we get a better understanding of this

Its very rare.

Its not something I would worry about at all.
