Worried - Strange symptoms could this be herpes? (male)

Hi. I am a man that had sex with a new woman about a month ago. She performed unprotected oral on me and we had protected (condom) intercourse. 8 days ago (last Friday) I got this bad pain in the head of my penis in the uretha. Squeezing the head of my penis hurted bad. It felt like there was a cut inside there (but no blood present) and it burned when urinating. My testicles were kind of tender as well. I started to have a very slight watery clear discharge. I would get these sensations off and on all during the day. The only way I can describe it is as if I was getting mosquito bites inside my uretha.

5 days ago I got tested for Gonnorhea and Chlamydia.
3 days ago the doc gave my Ciprex and Zithromax just in case.
Yesterday the tests came back negative.
I got tested for HSV yesterday but I haven't recieved the results yet.

The sensations have just about ceased, and urination burns maybe every 1 in 3 times now, but the amount of discharge was larger this morning.

I've read online on various sites that Herpes can cause these symptoms as well. Does this sound familiar? I'm very worried.

Thx

ngu would've showed up in the urine testing.

prostatitis can cause issues like this too.

at this point it seems to be going away. should it reoccur, see your provider again for more testing.

Yes to urine testing being done. No to prostate exam. Why would this be needed?

I think it may be NGU but not sure, but still tested negative for C and G.

you've covered your bacterial std bases of which you were at incredibly low risk for anyways.  yes you can get std's from unprotected oral but the risk was low over all.

did they also do any urine testing and a prostate exam?

this doesn't sound like herpes. you tested too early for it anyways.
