worried i may have contracted herpes

Hi, ok so ive been having red painless bumps occur on my penis shaft, buttocks and thighs. On the penis there are not many but on my thighs and butt there is. They are very small and dont usually pop when i try and they dnt hurt. The ones on my penis seem to come and go in the same spots having a little ball of substance, like a pimple. My last sexual intercoarse was 5 months ago and this all started 3 months after it, which makes me think its not herpes but you never know. Also i have a small red rash or somethn on the head of my penis for months now tht dont  go away none of this ever goes away. I also have rarely tingling in my urethra and genital pain. But i was on accutane for 6 months been off of it for almost 2 weeks now. Seems like my anus is still very dry and is uncomfortable and my penile area is also dry. This all pretty much stareted when i was on accutane. But this morning i woke up with a red bump on my scrotom and one on the leftside if my penile shaft which never hurt or burst ther just bumps. I sweat alot in tht area could tht be a.cause? Please give me an idea of what it is im worried every second of the day telling myself i have herpes and stuff. I would get an std test for herpes but cant afford it. And could have the monthly blood tests i had to get while on accutane show genital herpes in it or anything? Please help me give me all the info u can... Thank you god bless

This doesn't sound herpes related at all - a dermatologist would be your best bet as this most likely is a non-STD related issue.

yea i know all of that but mine have never been painful or anything and theres 2 that come back in the same spot, 1 in a spot where i have a scar from a sore when i was a virgin. im confused this all never happend after weeks or months aftr sex just until i was on accutane thts when my body started doing weird things. and its not in clusters of painful blisters like genital herpes. i just dont know what to ask myself to better understand if its herpes or not. i just need someone to give me alot of info about my situation and herpes...

i alot of people dont even no that have herpes...untill tested ok....no 1 you need a blood test anti bodys   that will tell you ...2 if you keep geting them back     more then likely you do have them ..........  again you could have them for   years and not no because there are no sysytoms ..........  man are the ones to give them   then come on your buttocks   and thigts and also penis and so on............      if they keep coming on the same spots you do have herpes two     you also can get from herpes i  and get herpes from going down on some one i read alot   they have them on they lips   .........you could get them that way to
again no sytoms then they appear ..................if they keep coming back there you go.....alot time you shave  and people just think they are pimples well guess what wrong          man are the carriers not woman its hard for the woman to give it its easy for a man to give it ................miss cat

If its been on going for 2 months non-stop chances are it isn't herpes.  Like I said it could be anything.  I am not a doctor and won't list everything that causes a red bump.  That is why I stated for you to see a doctor for a proper workup to diagnois you with what you have.

Thank you i will look into that. Ive never had blisters just these red bumps like pimples. But since ive had it for more then 2months now without any getting better are the chances of having contracted hsv2 low and this be something else? Also my genital area is very dry could tthis cause rashes and little red bumps? What do these symptoms sound like?

The best thing is to be seen.  You may want to contact your local health department to see about a free/low cost STD clinic. Chances are this isn't herpes but being seen is the best thing.  I would also advise seeing about testing for herpes using a type specific igg test.  Your encounter was over 3 months ago and this will give you an accurate result.  

The accutane I don't believe tests for Herpes using an IgG.
