Please respond, you will be saving a life.

In the past 7 months I have constantly checked my Blood Pressure and it has always been 150/90 and 140/90,I posted on this forum sometime ago and I was advised to go for beet root capsules and fish oil, I obliged and have been taking them for about a month or more but was very disappointing to check and still was 150/90,almost immediately I checked again 5 minutes after and it was 140/90.How do i get it to return to normal. As i will do anything to avoid taking blood pressure medication for the rest of my life. Please respond, you will be saving a life.

That is not super high, but you do want to get it lower. I too just started acv and Q10 and half tab lisinopril. Also i drink Hibiscus tea 2-3x a day and eat a fresh raw garlic clove with my toast. Helping. Cayenne raised it high and L Arginine did not work for me. Just ordered vit k2 pills, supposed to clean out the stiff arteries. I am much older.

I want to bring to your notice that my blood pressure has been up and down for a while now, sometimes within the range of 128/83 to 135/85, sometimes within the range of 150/100 to 140/100 as it use to be. I just checked it again now and it 140/95. Please help me ...

There are some well known supplements that work and have studies backing them.

COQ10 (Coemzyme) is an over the counter supplement available everywhere and will lower blood pressure up to 17 mmHG systolic and 10 mmHG diastolic after about 2-3 months of use.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17287847

Also taking Garlic supplements + vitamin C together will further reduce blood pressure by up to another 10 mmHG Systolic.

So you potentially could lower below 120/80 if you took both supplements-- I did and was surprised.   Not where I want to be but I was 160/100 and down to 135/85 now.

You are overreacting.   The blood pressures you are posting will not cause you to lose your life.

Please ask your doctor to check your BP and follow his/her recommendations.
