is this from high blood pressure?

I'm 28 and about 50 lbs overwheight. I've been on a diet and exercise routine for 2 months. The last week i've been getting shortness of breath, fast heart rate, and lightheaddedness. I get these symptoms by, singing, yawning, gettin up to fast, and fast walking. I went to the doctor and bp was 140/80 i think. He thought possibly that i was not eating enough and drinking water . I did have a small fever, maybe i have a virus thats showing this way? I do have an anxiety disorder, but never experienced these type of symptoms. Any advice would be great.

hey thanks for the advice. I've had these symptoms for about 2 weeks now. The last 5 days i've been drinking almost a gallon of water, and eating more. Still feel the same. My concern is orstatic hypotention, or dysautonomia. I did have a bad drinking problem and quit about 3 months ago. My doctor did call back the next day with blood results and said my potassium was a little low and for me to take 2000mg of vitamin d a day. I hope your right, but i feel it would be clearing up by now. Anyways thanks.

Your symptoms are not likely to be tied with high blood pressure. You are most likely experiencing symptoms of deconditioning or dehydration. Keep up your fluid intake while exercising.
