Part of my medication is Epleronone, which besides its Aldosterone inhibits effects also accumulates Potassium... therefore I cannot afford to take extra Potassium.
Yes, Hyperpotassemia can produce Sudden Cardiac Death.

Also intake of high levels of Vitamin E are associated with hemorrhagic strokes, particularly if you are taking anti agregants or anti coagulants (quite common in heart medication).
As per tea and coffee unless that you have high blood pressure or fluid intake restrictions I do not think it should be a problem.

Isnt Potassium (K) good for you? The more K you have the more relaxed your heart is. I thought that vitamins are good for you.
what about green tea and caffine?
Thanks for you input.
Multivitamins means NOTHING.
To be serious you have to carefully see what it is inside of the box.
Every brand has a different formulation, many adds minerals and amino-acids in addition to the vitamins.
As an ischemic patient I can tell you that I avoid the formulations with Vit. K, Potassium, Iron, Tocoferol (Use Beta carotene instead) and too much Calcium. And this is not because it will increase my BP but they can des-stabilize my heart.
