Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well! It could be so many things...I too am 11 years out from complete hysterectomy for endometriosis and have had lots to deal with through those years...I am on bio-identical hormone replacement therapy...you might consider switching? I would start with a blood panel of my hormones including the estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, but I would also have a check of my thyroid because this could also be a problem at this point...
You might still have active endometriosis in your pelvis because unfortunately too many gynes lead us to believe that hysterectomy is the "cure" and it's not...I had very aggressive disease and it cause me much pain and issues after my hysterectomy because the only way to get rid of endometriosis is to cut it out (excision) by a specialist! Since finding a true specialist to cut out my endo I am better other then dealing with what having the hysterectomy has caused and the damage of the endometriosis...I would suggest you go hear http://endopaedia.info/
and read accurate info on endometriosis...since my hysterectomy and ovaries removed 11 years ago I have had my pelvic organs glue together 2 more times and have to be surgically cut apart and endo excised...so don't let your Dr. dismiss you...get copies of your medical records and see a specialist...most will review your records for free...the way it was explained to me...until all the endo is excised (cut out) it's much like when you have a piece of sand in your eye...it causes irritation and pain...plus endometriosis causes the immune system to react to the invader which can cause all sorts of health issues because the immune system releases chemicals to respond to the endo and when it can't be dealt with it continues to release hormones messing our systems up in all sorts of ways...also I would suggest you come on over to the endometriosis forum in MedHelp...
