Shoulder/Mid back pain after Hysterectomy

I had a TLH in Jan '10 and are having upper shoulder, mid back pain, sometimes I awake with a headache and tingling  in my fingers on the left side.   Can someone provide assistance on what could be the cause?  My doctor indicated for me to continue Vicodin.  Unbelievable.  Please respond.  Thanks.

Thanks for writing.  I am currently seeing a Chiropractor and will see a Neuro Surgeon on Monday for a nerve test.  I will let you know how it goes. ;). Thx again

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with your surgery. It sounds like you may have a pinched nerve, or a couple pinched nerves in your neck and back. I would recommend seeing a Chiropractor. Are you having any other symptoms? Just to be safe you might want to see a Cardiologist to have some tests done.   Remar
