This is the first I've read or even heard of someone else experiencing what I experienced. For about a year I felt the same pain following intercourse. I continued to go to the doctor and be humiliated. I received ultra sounds, ec.etc. Nothing was found. One morning following intercourse My Hubby and I decided to walk the dog..the pain became just unbearable ..I couldnt stand up straight, any movement just intensified the pain. The pain seemed to spread, it was so internal I couldn't really explain exaclty where it was coming from. Due to the intense pain, the emergeny doctor performed an internal ultra sound to discover a tennis ball size cis (if that's spelled right, too lazy to look it up right ) that wrapped my left tube about 8 times around. I have no clue why this sis did not appear with other ultra sounds. I will never forget the look on the Ultra Techs face. He askes" Are you sure you just start feeling this pain?" He was in disbelief..I knew something wasn't right. Of course , the doctor had to come explain to me that I was about to go into emergency surgery , hospitialized for 5 days.

Check with your gyny and ask if he has placed any metal surgical clips in your lower abdomen. My gyny left 30 metal clips in my lower abdomen "WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE" and apparently this still happens??. The clips gave way in my lower left abdomen on the first and only occassion that i attempted intercourse following my hysterectomy operation. My lymphatic system was wrecked I have been hospitalised 15 times and i have been left with a massive left leg for the remainder of my life (See my profile). So check now to see what has happened before the opportunity for surgery has been missed. Mirade
