Does few discrete opacity in CT Scan necessarily means TB ?

Recently had CT scan during a medical exam. The report suggests confluent and few discrete opacities in right upper lobe. My Sputum AFB was negative. CBC ESR is normal. Ultrasound normal. I am having no symptoms of TB. In childhood I had pneumonia. What can be the reason for this finding?

Do you have any symptoms? Why did you get the CT done? Do you smoke?

No symptoms. It was a government hospital. Never smoked.
It is possible the pneumonia caused this. Not sure. There are a whole number of things that can cause this kind of thing. Best to ask the doctor on this. I am a microbiologist. I doubt it is anything to worry about since you have no symptoms.

Thank you so much. In coming month I will get Chest X ray again and other tests such as IGRA. Hopefully everything is fine. :)
