Sick with parasites??

Thanks for your help!  I travelled to Indonesia and soon became sick with an infection, migraine, fever, diarrhea, nausea and was treated with cipro.  1 month after returning to the US I began to have chronic fatigue, sleep apnea, asthma, wheezing and I've been tired for over a year.  I had high blood sugar but it has been normal now for a few weeks on medication.  I had an IGE that was about 145 and low IGG subset 3, high WBC, normal EOS%.
I took one dose of pinx and magnesium citrate and now the diarrhea has stopped and I am getting normal hard stools but I'm still tired.  I still have bright red blood and pain/itching.  A family member living with me is probably infected with a worm also.  Thanks very much!

Babesia and Human Granuloma Ehrlichia can cause the vomiting /retching.  These are just suggestions

I read there is now evidence that mycoplasma may be the cause of some asthma.  A 3 month course of azithromycin can possibly cure these cases of asthma
I keep vomiting and don't know if it's food poisoning or the metformin I'm taking.

Lymes borrelia & Coinfection panel.  That way you can get some answers.

  I would also get tested for Lymes disease, but not with the Labcorp or Quest tests.  Research IGENEX Labs and find out why their Lymes and coinfections tests are superior to other labs.

I took adrenal glandular which seemed to do nothing.  my thyroid levels are normal but the thyroid glandular helped me to relax and breathe better
I have sleep apnea and a brain lesion

thanks so much!!! I don't know what the low IGG subset 3 means- I read it's related to chronic fatigue and asthma.
I was taking clindamycin, flagyl, cloracef also in Indonesia but after I was probably exposed to contaminated street food and water and other germs
yeah I got shingles after I was exhausted but had painful raised bumps on both of my thighs for a few days before they filled with pus
I read that albenadzole/praziquantel can help for worms

STOP taking steroids, it is the worst thing you could do!  It suppresses your immune system!  You need all the immune functions possible.

it is difficult for me to get an infectious disease appt.  I had low RBC, recently my AST/ALT level was 92 (was taking prednisone at 30mg/day).

thanks so much!!  I've been suffering for so long.  the nurse told me that malaria was not in that part of the country.  I took some nizoral tablets after the infection for a few days and then later I developed shingles.  what is mycoplasma?
when I had the first infection in Indonesia it seemed the cipro did nothing and I just had to wait out the infection
but years later I am still having chronic fatigue

Could be Babesia which is like Malaria. Could also be a Mycoplasma infection.
