flagellettes in skin

I found out that the lab that all the doctors send stool samples and sputum to be tested to does not diagnose parasites like flatworms, hookworms and protazoa's  under the skin! Who does diagnose these types of diseases?? This is driving me crazy please help me!
And once diagnosed what treatment would my Doctor use? He's as lost as I am.
Thanks so much
