itching and burning

I have itching and burning in the anal area...also experience diarrha(sp) and sudden bowel movements..what can be done for the itching and burning,it drives me crazy

i use wet wipes like for a baby.  you wont believe how it can help.  Also, perp. h cooling gel or baneol  at walgreens.

I assume you have tried Hydrocortisone Cream, 1%? I use this product for itching(not yet for the anus)red rash on my legs and feet.
