Intestinal Odor

I'm not sure what exact problem I have. I am 18 now but It started a while back about three years ago when I started to sweat excessively for no apparent reason and the sweat smelled horrible. I went to see my dermatologist she said it was hyperhydrosis and gave me some medicine and chalked the smell  up to bacterial buildup as I sweat. Now I'm not sweating anymore but I stomach randomly start rambling and I start smell. My sweat still smells and every time I have a bowl movement I have to change my clothes and take a shower because I smell really terrible. I was told a diet change would solve it. I've been eating nothing but vegetables and salads, no meat or sugar for the last month and now the gas is worse and I still smell terrible. What could be the problem.

It sounds like it is time to see a gastroenterologist about this.  It could be something like SIBO (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth) or some other problem.  Have you tried eliminating all lactose from your diet for 2 weeks to see if that helps?  Do you have any problems with your bowel movements?
